You may request a return if:
The product is damaged or defective
You received the wrong product
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or worn watches
Products without original packaging
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by Vantique.
For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations across India.
COD orders require confirmation via phone call or SMS before dispatch.
If confirmation is not received, the order may be cancelled automatically.
Additional COD handling charges may apply.
Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, Vantique reserves the right to restrict COD service for future orders.
Refunds for returned COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:
Stock unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Prepaid Orders: Refund within 5–7 business days
COD Orders: No refund applicable if cancelled before shipment
