1. Order Processing Time
All prepaid orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins after order verification via call or SMS confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or phone.
